In my earlier ages, I did not work about finance, when I thought that the most important thing is to build a foundation by learning knowledge. However, after Sep. 2012, when I entered university, I found that things are different from my thought. Through the study and investigation, I realised that what I learnt are only about theory, and these did not help much in real practices. To enrich myself, learn more, and use what I learnt into practice, I looked for my first job and got a chance to be an internship Sales staff of Well-land pharmaceutical co., Ltd, Shenyang, China. The Well-land company focused on doing biological pharmaceutical and sells them to small and medium farms. In this job, what I needed to do is to attend into the production and marketing process, to find out what should the company do to increase the value of the product and made it better-sale, and assistance with solving financial predicaments of corporation’s. During the period of doing sales’ works in Well-land, I started to contact invoices, and saw the real financial working process in a small company; in addition, I also discovered a new management style in this company which I haven’t seen from textbook before. From this internship job, I primarily comprehended the financial management process in a corporation; and because of the strict in management mode, I gained a strong attention to details, and never shy away from seeking advice and assistance if I am unsure. In future careers, this ability can provide me a more patient attitude; make fewer mistakes in the work, and easier to learn more from work.

After my internship in Well-land, I found that the abilities I gained from working really benefit me from my school and interpersonal communication, when I realised that the working experience in a related area is really important for me. As a result, after a half-year relax, in Aug. 2013, I found a new job: staff of Dahan Environment engineering Company, China. Dahan Environment engineering Company was a newly developed company then, which designed for other companies and departments to do the decoration and design stuff. Because of its newly developed, there is no specific of position divide; so, as a staff, I participated into all areas of operation of this company. During working period, I not only did reception work, introduced to visitors and guests about the company; assisted in field investigation and design process, but also acted as a director taught new staffs about the working process and trained them of specific skills. At the meantime of working in Dahan Company, I also finished my study in collage, and I combined what I learnt with work; and this also enhanced my understanding of finance. Nevertheless, In Jul. 2104, I left the job because of my studying broad in Australia. But this working experience provided me more abilities than I thought. During this one year, I developed my verbal and written communication skills by assisting and communicating with customers, as well as training new staffs; I also increased my problem solving skills. When I first get into this company, I was easily freak out because of unforeseen events, but after this experience, I could do them in a calm logical manner, and use a step by step approach. These abilities will benefit me in the future work of financial management, that I can done the work calmly and in a high quality, I will also have a good manners and skills when communicating with colleagues and customers.
