·Childhood and adolescence (2001-2012)
I lived in a small city called Jinzhou in Liaoning province, China. I was interested in business when I was young. In 2001, when I was a 7-year-old child, I made my first pot of gold by selling creative pencils at school. Since then, although I did not really understand of what the business really is, I was attracted by the changeable and flexible of market and finance. After that, I started to enrich myself of the knowledge of economics and finance by went to the lecture and read related books such as the Principle of economics (N. Gregory Mankiw, 2009) and the War of currencies (Hongbing Song, 2006). These early enlightment influenced on my outlook on life and led me to built my career objective as doing works about financial management. This behavior also builds me a custom that always make goals in my life. As a result, in my work, I always devide my works into steps, and make a goal of each step, to finish the work timely and efficiency.
· Collage life in China (2012-Jul. 2014)
In 2012, I chose my subject as doing international trade in collage and I did not stop to continue gaining knowledge and experiences from collage. I joined the secretariat of the student union which directly controlled the cash flows of the student union. In the student union, I controlled the inflow and outflow of cash of the union, supervised the use of funds, and dealt with submits. I also did outreach efforts in some of the student associations by asking sponsorship from several corporations. In 2012, I successfully got ï¿¥2,000 sponsorship from a KTV near the university. By doing the financial activities during the two years of university, I earned knowledge not only about the basic theory of financial, but also gain the skills about how to do financial management in a corporation, which built a strong financial concept in my head.
At the beginning of 2014, because of the increase of my financial knowledge and the effort of myself, I successfully became the Director of Chinese traditional architecture and culture association, China, and start to communicate with people in the academic exchanges, which certainly contained some trade behavior. This experience built my skills of verbal and written communication with others, learnt the process of doing trade between associations, and how to solve problems in a calm logical manner.
·Turning point (Jul. 2014-current)
The experiences in China broaden my horizon, I learnt by myself, and also got different concepts from other people doing business in different area, some of them also from other countries. From whom, I found that doing finance is an international work; and I cannot lock myself into only one space. As a result, in June, 2014, I decided to study abroad to contact a wider financial world. I passed the exam of Victoria university, Australia, and arrived at Melbourne in 10, 2014. The abroad experience provided an unforgettable period in my life, and also offered me more opportunities to connect the world finance, build a wider personal relationship, and earned the ability of adapting a totally new and strange environment. This ability can help me adapt a new working environment faster than others, and be more efficiency compared with competitors.
